ONLINE RETURN POLICY

At Santa Monica Cigars, we take great pride in providing only the finest premium cigars and accessories. Due to the sensitive and consumable nature of tobacco products, all cigar sales are final. This policy ensures the integrity, quality, and freshness of every cigar we offer.
If you accidentally place an order or have second thoughts, you may cancel your order within two (2) hours of purchase by contacting us immediately at santamonicacigars@gmail.com. After this window, your order will be processed and cannot be changed or refunded.
RETURNS

Cigars & Tobacco Products: No returns or exchanges are accepted. We cannot restock or resell tobacco products once they have left our care.

Accessories (lighters, cutters, humidors, etc.): Returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and passes inspection.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a damaged accessory or the wrong product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We’ll make it right with a replacement or store credit.
CANCELLATIONS
Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of placement. After this, your order is locked in and cannot be canceled, even if it has not shipped yet.
REFUNDS
Refunds are only issued for approved accessory returns or in cases of incorrect or defective items. Tobacco products are not refundable under any circumstance.
