At Santa Monica Cigars, we strive to ensure you are fully satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer returns for a refund, store credit, or exchange, subject to the conditions below.
RETURNS
Due to the unique nature of our products, particularly cigars, returns can be challenging. However, we do accept returns after a thorough inspection of the product. All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (7) days of the purchase date. The items must be in new, unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
RETURN PROCESS
To initiate a return, please contact our Support team at santamonicacigars@gmail.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Once you have received your RMA number, securely pack the item in its original packaging and mail your return to the following address:

You may use the prepaid shipping label included with your package. If you were sent the wrong item or it was defective, return shipping charges will be covered or reimbursed by us.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least one 1 day from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
