RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Santa Monica Cigars, we are committed to providing high-quality products. To maintain the integrity of our offerings, we separate our policy between tobacco products and accessories.
🚫 Tobacco Products (Cigars, Pipe Tobacco, etc.)
Due to the consumable and perishable nature of tobacco products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any tobacco items.
🔄 Accessories (Lighters, Cutters, Humidors, etc.)
We accept returns on accessories under the following conditions:

Return Window: You have 24 hours after receiving your item to request a return.

Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Proof of purchase is required.

Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee applies to all accessory returns. This fee is deducted from your refund.

Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
⚠️ Damages & Issues
Inspect your order upon delivery. If your accessory is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 24 hours so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.

🔁 Exchanges
The quickest way to exchange is to return your eligible item (accessory) and place a new order once your return is approved.
💳 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or denial. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note, banks and credit card companies may take up to 15 business days to process.
