Where do you ship?

To 48 U.S. states: every state except Utah and Hawaii. No international, P.O. box, or freight-forwarder addresses. Orders we can't legally ship are canceled and refunded.

Does expedited shipping get it to me faster?

It shortens carrier transit time only. Processing still takes 1–3 business days, and no delivery date is guaranteed.

What if my package is late?

Once it's handed to USPS, timing is up to the carrier. Shipping charges, including expedited, are non-refundable once shipped, even if it arrives late. If tracking hasn't moved in 7 business days, email us and we'll open an inquiry.

What if no one 21+ is home?

USPS will leave a notice and reattempt or hold it for pickup. Packages returned to us are refunded for the merchandise only, less all original and return shipping.

What if something arrives damaged?

Email us your order number and photos within 24 hours of delivery, and keep everything until your claim is resolved.
