Subscription & Pre-Order Cancellation Policy

Certain products offered through our store may be available as subscriptions or pre-orders. This policy explains how cancellations and changes are handled for these purchases.

Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription, you agree to receive recurring deliveries based on the frequency and subscription option selected at checkout.

Your payment information will be stored securely, and your payment method will be charged for each scheduled delivery unless the subscription was paid in advance.

Subscriptions may automatically renew unless canceled. You may cancel or modify your subscription before your next scheduled order is processed through the subscription management link provided in your order confirmation or account.

Once a subscription order has been processed or fulfilled, it cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged.

All cigars and tobacco products are final sale. Due to the nature of tobacco products and for quality, health, and product-integrity reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on cigars or other tobacco products once they have been shipped or received.

If your subscription shipment arrives damaged, contains the incorrect product, or there is another issue with your order, please contact us promptly so we can review the situation and assist you.

Pre-Orders

A pre-order allows you to reserve a product that is not currently available for immediate shipment or is expected to become available at a later date.

Depending on the product, we may collect full payment, partial payment, or a deposit at the time the pre-order is placed.

Pre-orders may be canceled before they have been processed or fulfilled, unless the product listing specifically states that the pre-order is non-refundable or final sale.

Once a pre-order has been processed or fulfilled, it is subject to our standard return policy.

Cigars and tobacco products remain final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange after fulfillment.

For eligible non-tobacco merchandise, including certain accessories, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for applicable return conditions, time limits, and restocking fees.
