The Brick House Robusto Double Connecticut is the everyday size of J.C. Newman's smoothest Brick House: a 5 × 54 robusto with a U.S. Connecticut Shade wrapper, Connecticut Broadleaf binder, and Nicaraguan long filler, rolled at the family's PENSA factory in Estelí, Nicaragua.

Construction

A pale, smooth wrapper over a dark broadleaf binder — the second Connecticut leaf adds body you don't usually get from a shade-wrapped cigar. It draws easily and burns even.

Flavor profile

Mild to medium-bodied. Cream and cedar to start, then toasted almond, light earth, and coffee, with a gentle touch of pepper building toward the finish. About 45–60 minutes.

Pairings & occasion

The perfect coffee-break cigar. Pair with espresso, a cappuccino, a smooth bourbon, or an aged rum.
