Construction

A dark, toothy San Andrés wrapper over a clean, even box-press. Cold draw gives chocolate and sweet earth. My Father factory standards: straight burn, dense ash, smooth draw to the end.

Flavor profile

Medium to full-bodied and richly sweet. The first third opens with cocoa, coffee, and soft pepper. The middle third develops dark-chocolate sweetness, roasted earth, and baking spice, the box-press keeping the smoke cool and creamy. The final third finishes on espresso and leather. A 70–85 minute smoke.

Pairings & occasion

An after-dinner cigar with dessert energy. Pair with tawny port, an añejo rum (Diplomatico Reserva), a wheated bourbon (Larceny), or a mocha. The long-form Mi Amor for nights with no curfew.
