My Father La Promesa Lancero

The My Father La Promesa Lancero is the Garcia family's "promise" blend in the format that hides nothing — 7½ × 38, where the Ecuador Habano wrapper carries most of the performance and only perfect rolling survives.

Construction

Long, slim, and elegantly finished. Estelí's rollers handle lanceros as well as anyone alive: even burn, open draw, all seven and a half inches.

Flavor profile

Medium-full and wrapper-forward. Cedar, refined spice, and a toasted sweetness lead; cocoa and coffee develop with a creamy texture; the finish is clean and gently peppered. Smoke it slowly — 50–65 contemplative minutes.
