Montecristo White Series Toro

The Montecristo White Series Toro is the modern face of one of the most famous names in cigars — a 6 × 54 toro built for smoothness. Handmade in the Dominican Republic, it pairs a silky Ecuadorian Connecticut Shade wrapper with a Nicaraguan binder and a Dominican-Nicaraguan filler blend, giving the classic mild Montecristo profile a touch more depth than the original.

Construction

The pale gold wrapper is elegant and even, with the polished presentation Montecristo is known for. Cold draw brings cream and cedar. Burn and draw are dependable for the full smoke — a cigar clearly built to never embarrass its band.

Flavor profile

Mild to medium and silky. The first third opens with cream, cedar, and toasted almond. The middle third develops a honeyed sweetness with coffee-and-cream undertones and a soft white pepper from the Nicaraguan binder. The final third stays smooth to a clean, faintly sweet finish. A 60–75 minute smoke with zero harshness.
