A 5 × 52 box-pressed robusto with Nicaraguan binder and filler, handmade in Nicaragua. Cigar Aficionado ranked this exact cigar No. 18 on its 2025 Top 25, with a 94 rating.

Construction

A dark, even wrapper over the line's signature gentle box-press. The cold draw brings dark chocolate and coffee. Melanio construction is elite, with a straight burn and a firm ash from start to finish.

Flavor profile

Full-bodied yet polished. Dark chocolate, espresso, and soft pepper open; the middle develops raisin, caramel, and toasted bread; the close is bittersweet cocoa with a mineral edge. 50–65 minutes.
