The Padron Series 7000 Maduro wraps the family's everyday gordo in rich Nicaraguan Maduro leaf — 6¼ × 60 of dark, generous smoke from the original Estelí line that built the Padron name.

Construction

Dark, oily wrapper on a big, well-rolled frame. The wide ring burns slow and cool with classic Padron consistency.

Flavor profile

Medium to full-bodied. Cocoa, espresso, and black pepper open; earthy molasses sweetness and roasted notes develop; dark chocolate closes it out. The 1964 Maduro's family resemblance at a fraction of the price, supersized. 75–90 minutes.
