Padron Damaso No. 8 Corona

The Padron Damaso No. 8 is the corona of the family's surprising mild line — 5½ × 46 of silky Ecuador Connecticut over Nicaraguan binder and filler, named for José Padron's grandfather and built with full Padron discipline.

Construction

A trim, classic corona in pale golden wrapper. The slimmer ring rewards Padron's precision: even burn, focused draw.

Flavor profile

Mild to medium with the wrapper leading: cream, cedar, and fresh hay open; toasted nuts and a soft white pepper develop; coffee-and-cream closes. The most traditional format in the Damaso line. 40–50 minutes.

Pairings & occasion

Morning coffee's best friend. Pair with a cappuccino, a mimosa, or a light Speyside.
